Building and Grounds

Greetings:

We are sending this communication to all of the groups who use the facilities of Manton United Methodist Church.

We are pleased to have so many community groups using our facilities.  We believe that making our facilities available at a minimal charge is an important part of our outreach ministry to our community.

If we are going to continue to be able to offer our facilities at a minimal charge, it will be important for your group to follow the enclosed building use policies.  We believe these policies simply reflect good stewardship of our facilities.

When a group fails to leave the facility clean or return items to the place where they were found, it becomes necessary for us to pay someone to clean and rearrange those items.  In order to avoid having to bill groups for clean up costs, we ask you to be certain that someone in your group is responsible for compliance of these building use policies.

If you have any questions or concerns about these policies, or would like an application for use of our Building or Grounds,

please contact us at the church office (231) 824-3593

 Blessings,
 The Board of Trustees
